The fruit has a soft, melting texture with a rich caramel or brown sugar flavour when fully ripe, making it perfect for eating fresh. Growing to around 510m tall in home gardens, it is best planted in a warm, sunny position with well drained soil and protection from frost while young. Supplied in a
