It has a lovely light blue color that would be the perfect splash of color on a desk or shelf and features an up and down swivel. It is in great vintage condition, although it does show some minor discoloration around the seams. It does still run, though there is a grinding noise and would need to be refurbished if you wanted to use it. The fan would make a wonderful desk
