This is a historic release: it is InchDairnie Distillerys first ever peated whisky matured in ex bourbon casks. OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES Nose: The first impression is unmistakably smoky but not coastal, medicinal, or tarry. Instead, its scorched heather, smouldering fireplace, and wet bonfire logs, with a mineral edge that hints at chalk and flint. Beneath
