At Vleish we cut the minute steaks from the Sirloin, the marbling guarantees maximum flavour from these thin but mighty steaks. These are best cooked quickly, as the name suggests, and are foolproof cooked in a very hot frying pan, cast iron griddle, or braai'd. Our favourite way to cook them is on a cast iron griddle, rested and sliced thinly across the grain, and served
