Domaine Mosse Anjou Les Bonnes Blanches 2022 Region_Alsace Extra aging remains a tenet'Les Bonnes Blanches is one of the Mosse familys favourite vineyards. It sits on terraces on the left bank of the famous Layon River and is the heart of the Mosse estate. It is one of only a few Mosse wines that are released under an appellation, in this case the broad Anjou appellation. Like the Le Rouchefer, it is a white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc. The soil is silt on an outcrop of schist with small white, pebbles, which are called Bonnes
