Single Grain Whisky 48.7%ABV 30ml Tasmania SMWS tasting notes: A toughA Single Grain Whisky from Invergordon matured in a Refill Sherry Cask for 37 years. This is a great cask its not overly sweet and has a lot of complexity herbs, pear and stone fruit. Great dram to give a single malt snob blind tell them its a single grain whisky and then watch their face as they reassess their place in the universe. Joint bottling between the Whisky Agency and East Village Whisky Co. two of the best indie bottlers out there.
