This painting dates to the 1940's and is signed lower left "Max Band". Dimensions: Sight 18" x 23"; Frame 24 3 4" x 25 3 4" Max Band is a noted and listed Lithuanian artist born in 1900 and died in 1974. In 1921 he entered the Academy of Art in Berlin and later studied art in Paris. He remained in the art metropolis for many productive years and was called a
