Distillerie Paul Devoille, Absinthe La Charlotte Port Pair this wine with lightProduced in Fougerolles, France, by the historic Devoille family since 1859, La Charlotte is a 55% ABV absinthe distilled by macerating each botanical separately and blending before bottling. It pours with a natural pale green hue that louches to milky white when water is added. The nose features gentle anise and wormwood balanced with fruity undertones. On the palate, expect harmonious flavors of licorice, subtle herbal bitterness, and soft sage and
