Childrenite is a relatively rare, hydrated iron aluminum phosphate and some of the better and more unique specimens of this mineral come from Llallagua. There are only a few localities in the world where this mineral is found. This specimen features several excellent, rare, sparkling, brownish color spherical aggregates (comprised of dozens of triangular bladed crystals)
