Biodynamic Field Blend 2023 Slow Vinegar A beautifully marbled sirloin combinedThe stunning Field Blend 2023 from Ham Street Wines is a gorgeous copper pink, ros esque blend of all grape varieties grown on the vineyard, leaning heavily towards Pinot Noir and Meunier. This had a nine days semi carbonic maceration followed by eight months in barrel. The resulting wine is a deliciously moreish ros, brimming with light red fruit and a smooth creamy finish, belying a subtle but complex wine. Wild ferment, contains sulphites.
