Nose: Fresh cut oak and soft spices, hints of shortbread and honey, some earthy woody notes, ground black peppers, cinnamon and peach, polished oak and leather, toasted cereals and sweet spices. Palate: Rich and spicy notes on the front of the palate, hints of vanilla pod and dark honey, tangy sea
