Payoya's Goats Cheese with Oloroso Sherry, Ave. 350g Pasta stir 2-3 tablespoons into thePayoya Goat's Cheese with Oloroso Sherry is made exclusively from the milk of the Payoya's breed of goat that graze the Sierra de Grazalema in Southern Spain. The cheese is cured for a minimum of 4 months and then during the final stages of ripening, the cheese is soaked in extra virgin olive oil and Oloroso sherry to enhance it's natural floral and herbaceous notes. It's firm and white with a clean nutty flavour that fades on the Oloroso sherry
