Red Lacquer Chinese Sideboard From Dongbei - Ca 1920 Sang De Boeuf Porcelain illustrating the refined yet practicalThis is an original lacquered Sideboard From Dongbei (Manchuria) and was made in the 1920's. Dong means East Bei means North the region of their origin. These were used in a similar way to altar tables and usually a family ancestor portrait would be hung above.
