Before maturation in bourbon oak casks, Hawkridge have gone above and beyond to source the finest rums from Trinidad, Dominican Republic and Venezuela specially selected for their quality and rich molasses flavour. Expect notes of orange and vanilla on the palate, followed by a sweet and nutty finish. Serve neat with ice. 70cl. 40% ABV.
