Santoku (Mogano) Sold The slicing knife comes withSantoku of the "Mogano" (Italian for mahogany) line with a hand forged, satin finished, 17 cm blade made with X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. The handle is made from mahogany that is riveted in place with stainless steel pins. Each of these knives comes complete with a fitted leather sheath (see picture). Weight: approx. 200 grams
