Portrait of a Child by Pardee Tile Works in an Arts and Crafts Frame Taylor Excellent condition save for aA nicely framed tile by the Pardee Tile works of Perth Amboy, New Jersey. The tile depicts a portrait of a child, set against a William Morris inspired background of leaves and flowers. The tile was designed by Franz Frenzel c 1887 in his patented Emaux Ombrants photographic process. The back of the tile is marked " C Pardee Tile Works, Perth Amboy New Jersey". It measures 6" square and had a nice clean surface. A few flakes on the corners and edges
