In this workshop we create a menu that does justice to the trattoria culture of Italy with seasonal dishes. We'll teach you the skills and give you the inspiration you need to cook a feast for your friends and family. All of our recipes are based on the authentic Italian ingredients that are readily available through us at Somerset Foodie. You'll be making
