It is a bolt in install as the factory upper pieces unbolt and this bolts in place. Hood pins are needed in place of the Oem hood latch that must be removed. One of the factory holes, as seen in the photos, is a perfect place to install the hood pins. This bar has all factory mounting points for the bumper and tabs with rubber grommets
