Aged in a used 10 gallon bourbon barrel, the head of the barrel is removed and local applewood branches are toasted and added to the barrel. Smokey with a hint of dryness, this has become a favorite of many a local scotch drinker. You can distinctly pick out flavors influenced by both the Applewood and oak as the combination creates a flavor
