A real collector's piece, some traces of silver leaf decoration remain. There are a small number of chips on its delicate edges. The metallic effect was achieved by mixing the lac with powdered mica and metals. Indian lacquer pots are true works of art and this colourful lacquer box is an excellent collector's piece. These two colour spotted pots are from the border area of Rajasthan
