It features two red piece of felt with an inner piece of white felt with decorative letters spelling Cornell in red. The pennant features a red band. It is in good condition with minor signs of wear and small losses holes. A tag on the back side identifies the maker as Langrock Bros. out of New York. Dimensions: 8" W x 17" L
