Neelam Set Bottoms Designed with a subtle off-centerA light, intricately beaded two piece set that follows our Shakti Devi Kali line. The bralette style top is cut in a classic triangular halter with tie closures at the neck and back. Each side is hand embroidered with blue rose motifs in soft tonal shades of sky and cerulean, and a delicate fringe of beads at the end. The matching low rise mini features horizontal bands of hand applied beadwork in alternating tones of turquoise, cerulean, and soft
