Constructed of white cotton, featuring sleeveless shoulders with straps, the chest stitched with an insignia consisting of a white cotton disc measuring 90 mm in diameter, in turn bearing a black machine embroidered NSBO insignia, the collar retaining a label bearing a black ink size mark of 44, otherwise unmarked, measuring 335 mm (w) x 750 mm (l) when folded on a flat surface, with some
