Constructed of silvered brass, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, around a central raised German national eagle clutching a bullseye target, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 45. 55 mm (w) x 73. 14 mm (h), weighing 16. 8 grams, accompanied by
