In silver, a five point white enamelled star with ball finials, the obverse Gold medallion has been replaced, bearing a left facing portrait which has been filed down and the center projects a silver orb connecting to the reverse medallion, the blue enamelled surrounding ring is inscribed FIDELITE DEVOUEMENT (Fidelity, Devotion), the reverse medallion in Gold presents a central silver Fleur de lys with a surrounding blue
