A Spanish War Cross, C.1937 Newly Listed DJ - FähnleinführerIn silver, an eight point star with faceted rays, superimposed on top sits a silver gilt insignia bearing the Coat of arms, in red and white enamels surrounded by a blue ring inscribed AL MERITO EN CAMPANA, surrounded by a wreath with four arms overlaid with a crown and tower at 12 and 6 oclock and a lion at 3 and 9 oclock, swords hilts pierce the wreath at 2, 5, 7 and 10 oclock, the reverse presents a single vertical pin assembly, with several small
