Vin de Paille, or straw wine, is traditionally made from grapes that are dried on straw mats for months. Bright and amber coloured. Complex notes of candied orange, dried apricot, quince, pineapple and honey. Fine balance between sugar and strength with a good aromatic complexity. Enjoy as an aperitif, with cheese or chocolate desserts.
