Burlotto, Barolo Monvigliero, 2015 SHEMISCOUNT while the cleanMonvigliero is Verduno's greatest vineyard and Burlotto's crown jewel, made the most traditional way: whole clusters foot crushed, a 60 day maceration on the skins, and long aging in large Slavonian botti. The whole cluster fermentation amplifies the cru's spicy, herbal, floral signature.
