An Iron Cross 1939 Ii Class By Gottlieb Wagner Of Idar Oberstein Hold marked "1/20 10K GF" (GoldA fine quality manufacture Iron Cross 1939 Second Class by an uncommon maker; silver frame with a blackened iron core (magnetic); on loop for suspension (marked 52 for Gottlieb Wagner, Idar Oberstein); with a mint period original ribbon; measuring 44. 10 mm x 44. 00 mm; weighing 18. 8 grams; with appealing dark patina, but also with a scattered light chips in the paint, and a small area of corrosion on the reverse; overall near very fine condition.
