Germany, Third Reich. A Police Long Service Award, I Class for 25 Years, with Case Hold 48 mm x 84 mm(Dienstauszeichnung der Polizei, I. Klasse fr 25 Jahre). Instituted 30 January 1938. (1938 1944 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse bearing a central raised Ordnungspolizei insignia in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a central oval
