One side is a beautiful charcoal heather all wool knit (PANTONE 18 0503 ish), the other a very soft poly rayon jersey in navy (PANTONE 19 4025). It is THE perfect fabric for an upscale casual cardigan jacket, hoodie, cocoon coat, poncho, etc. It doesn't unravel at the edges, but it will have a neater
