It has a pleasing grid (ish) texture on both sides and is a true doublecloth with two layers that are sewn together and can be separated. It is refined (not fleecy or wooly) and tightly woven, substantial in weight but not bulky, with some firmness in the drape. The color is a beautiful pine (PANTONE 18 6114). It would make a gorgeous and sophisticated coat or jacket. Dry cleaning recommended.
