Large white polka dot print all over with a red and blue stripe design in the hem. Top is sleeveless and zippers up in the back. Bottom has an elastic waistband, high rise and has a nice flare! Brand: Marty Gutmacker FABRIC: No fabric tag but my best guess is Qiana. Lightweight and not see through. Cooling to the touch. CONDITION: No flaws
