Top front and sleeves are made from a soft black satin fabric (polyester) with red polka dots. Red dots are 1 4 inch wide. Both neckline and arm hems are gathered with 1 centimeter elastics. There is also a panel of polka dots fabric on front of the dress. There is an invisible black zipper at the middle back. Skirt has side pockets.
