The hand is soft and cottony, with an embossed "damask" design on the face (12. 5" pattern repeat). It is a medium weight cord and malleable with body in the drape. There is some give in the width, and this fabric is completely stable in the length. This is one of those exquisite deadstock gems that you only come across once in a blue (or teal) moon!
